The Treasure Coast Youth Symphony Inc. is an
all volunteer,
non-profit
501(c)(3) organization.
The conductors and students set aside three hours every
Monday evening during the school year to prepare for approximately
ten concerts which we present to you, our well-appreciated
audiences, each fall and spring. Although a non-profit organization, our performances do incur the usual expenses required to do business. Funds raised by the Treasure Coast Youth Symphony Inc. through performances and donations are directed towards student scholarships, instrument and music purchases, and other performance related expenses. The Treasure Coast Youth Symphony is grateful for the support of the Atlantic Classical Orchestra, The Women Supporting The Arts and the Arts Foundation of Martin County, Ms. Elizabeth Lahti, and the many others who have provided special support and encouragement to the orchestra. A very special thank-you is directed to the founder of the Treasure Coast Youth Symphony, Dr. John Enyart, for so generously giving the gift of his love, time and talent to so many of the students of the Treasure Coast during the past twenty-three years. We also thank our assistant conductors, Benjamin Enyart and Thomas Servinsky for their tireless efforts and time spent teaching and mentoring our young musicians, and for providing opportunities to experience the ownership of their accomplishments. |
